It is with great sadness that the family of Karen (Geraghty) Mahoney share the news of her passing at Markham Stouffville hospital with her family by her side on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 at the age of 74.
Born in Oak Bay, Quebec, on July 16th, 1949, daughter of the late Eva (Ferguson) Geraghty and the late Arthur Geraghty.
Loving, proud and always encouraging, Karen was devoted to her family. She was always laughing with us in good times, cheering us on in all of our endeavours, offering advice when we had a problem and making us feel loved. She had a beautiful smile and sweet gentle voice. She will be lovingly missed by her family, friends and all those who she came in contact with in her roles in customer service.
Predeceased by her eldest brother Ronald (Dolores Roy) of Campbellton, her brother Arthur (Marie Beaulieu) of Ontario, her sister Rose-Marie (Claude Amesse), her brother Howard (Margaret Chedore) of Campbellton, her brother Daniel of Campbellton, her sister Irene (Ronald Mahoney) of Campbellton and her brothers Thomas and Ray, both of Oak Bay.
She is survived by her son Chris (Heather) Mahoney of Ottawa and daughter Kilby (Ian) Glen-Revis of West Yorkshire, UK. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Megan, Kaitlin, Charlie and Isabella and her siblings William (Anita Bujold) of Campbellton, Laurie (Shelley Adams) of Campbellton, George (Corinne Essiembre) of Campbellton and Suzie (Mike Woods) of Ottawa. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Family will celebrate her life in a private gathering.
