Desarmia; June Anita Jean (nee Anderson) – It is with great sadness, and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mom/nanny June Desarmia peacefully with family at her side on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at age 86. Beloved wife of the late Don (Duck). Predeceased by her daughter Sylvia Desarmia. Loving mother of Lisa Dungey (Claude), Greg (Carolyn), Kevin (Shelley) and Janice Watts – Clancy. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her grandchildren Whitney, Jessica (Bill), Tyler, Bryer (Heather), Jordon, Brandon (Laura), Spencer (Ashley), Lauren, Evan, and Jackson. Cherished great nanny to Kayden and Olivia Watts. June will be fondly remembered and missed by her extended family, sidekick Marge Ryan and her cherished friends.
The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home – Kingston Chapel on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. Those who are unable to attend in person are welcome to watch the service on zoom, please go to June’s memorial page on the funeral home website for the link.The Interment will be held on Saturday, October 14 at 12 p.m. at Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior.
