It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Julia Coghlan (nee Rysack) who passed away at The Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior on Saturday, March 4, in her 102 year. Beloved wife of the late James Daniel and sister Rose(Michael). Loving mother of Jim (Emelia), Mike (Jean), Brian (Theresa), Mary Lou (Ash), Colleen (Kathy), pre-deceased by son Douglas and daughters-in-law Barbara and Pamela. Granny to Melissa (Dave), Cynthia (Luke), John (Val), Matthew, Jamie (Brittany), Chris (Kim), Danielle, Sean, Cassandra, Wesley (Jessica), Jeffrey, Kim (Shawn), Kerry (Michael), Erin (Dan), and Stuart. She will be lovingly remembered by her 18 Great Grandchildren as well as her many nieces and nephews.
Julia always had a sweet smile, a twinkle in her eye and a joy for living. Julia devoted her life to providing a loving home for her family guided by her strong faith. Julia and Jim raised their family on Byng Avenue in Rexdale, had many happy retirement years in Combermere, Ontario and the spent their final years in Arnprior.
The family wishes to thank the staff at The Grove for their loving care and compassion. The family would also like to thank Dr. Susanna McCarthy and Dr. Ramon Tuli for their great care of Mom for many years.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Arnprior Regional Health Foundation in support of the Grove Nursing Home.
