A life well-lived.
Our Mom passed away at 87 years of age peacefully with her children, Larry, Kevin and Romona by her side June 13, 2024 at North Battleford Union Hospital. Mom fought a hard battle of COPD for 13 years.
Our Mom had such a huge heart. She continually put everyone ahead of herself her entire life. She was a selfless woman. Mom loved each and everyone unconditionally, along with no judgement. She truly was the glue to our family. We all have so many fond memories of Mom including all the delicious meals, homemade bread and noodles, and so much more.
Mom will always be remembered by her huge heart, the love she shared, the shoulder to lean on and all the hugs and kisses. She was the kindest soul!
She will be forever missed.
Julia leaves to celebrate her memory: Her children; Larry(Ruth), Kevin(Bev), Romona(Allen), Daughter in law; Brenda(Dean) along with 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Mom was predeceased by her husband- Norbert, son – Joe, grandson – Jonathan and her parents and siblings.
Many thanks for out to St. Walburg Ambulance – Allan Schneider and co-worker who were by Mom’s side till we arrived. The amazing Emergency Nursing staff, Doctor Khurana, 3rd Floor Nursing staff, and the Respiratory Unit at the North Battleford Union Hospital. Thank you also to Mom’s family doctor, Dr. Shafiee of Riverside Medical Clinic in Turtleford, Sk. that took care of Mom these past years.

At our Mom’s request no funeral service will be held, a graveside service will be held at a later date for immediate family and a few selected close friends at Mom’s request.
