Judy Dombowsky
It is with heavy hearts that our family announce the peaceful passing of Judy Dombowsky from Smoky Lake, AB on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the age of 84 years.
Judy was a proud mother to her five children, Tammy, Pamela, Kim (Larry), Kelly, and James (Jami), and a devoted grandmother to her twelve grandchildren, Cassandra, Philip (Hilliary), Tina (Gary) and Jodi, Alex, Rachel (Nick), Sheldon (Julia), Andrea (Sage), Justin, Jacob Liam and Charlee; and ten great-grandchildren, Lilith, Bella, Aubrey, Faith, Isabelle, Nova, Leah, Rena, Jayce and Adalynn.
She also leaves behind her brothers, Sonny (Huiyan) and Billy.
Judy was predeceased by her parents, James and Ethyl Tanouye; brother, Gerald; and son-in-law, Bob.
Judy will be remembered for her sense of humour, gentle spirit, and her ability to make everyone feel loved and cared for. She lived her life as a testament to love, generosity, and the importance of family which will be carried forward as her legacy to those close to her heart and all who knew her.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff at the Smoky Lake Healthcare Centre and Bar-V-Nook Supportive Living Lodge; their care and compassion given to Judy will be remembered always.
Honouring Judy’s wishes, there will be no Funeral Services at this time with plans for a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Cremation has been entrusted to Park Memorial Ltd.
