Judith Patricia Walters peacefully passed away on December 5th, 2023, in her 83rd year. Judy was the dear mother of Sherry Krzyzowski and her husband Ed of Ailsa Craig, Shelley Sawachi and her husband Keita of Shimoda, Japan, and Cindy Hayter and her husband Ian Sutton of Owen Sound. Dear sister-in-law to Shirley Hunt of Abbotsford, BC. Proud grandmother of Scott and Jeff Krzyzowski, Yuki, Kaede, and Kota Sawachi, and Kyle and Zac Hayter. Predeceased by her sister, Joyce Solomon, and her brother, Reverend Ronald Hunt.
Born on November 23rd, 1941, Judy dedicated her life to spreading joy and passion through the art of dance. She left behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by her family, friends, and the countless students she touched throughout her dance career.
The family kindly requests flowers or donations to Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Canada, or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario in Judith’s name. Family and guests are invited to visitation on Sunday, December 10th from 2-4 pm and Monday, December 11th, 2023, from 10-11 am at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. A celebration of life service to honor Judy will be held on Monday, December 11th, 2023, at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
