Judy «Jude» Bond-Barton
The family announces with great sadness her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the age of 57 years. Beloved wife of William Barton and loving mother of Renee (Nathan) Boulet, Jessie Philbert (Darryl) and her stepson Cody Barton (Kat). Cherished grandmother to Paige, Blaize and Emmett. Dear sister of Carole (Dan) Price and Peter Bond. Auntie to Sam (Chris) Duncan. She is predeceased by her parents Ronald and Therese Bond and her father-in-law William «Bill» Barton. Judy will always be remembered for her strength and passion for life. She loved the outdoors, animals, and her family deeply. She refused to let her illness take over her life and lived it to the best that she could. She was a wonderful wife, mother, nana, sister, auntie and friend.
The family would like to thank Marnie, Amy, Nancy and Cindy from Bayshore nursing for all the care and compassion provided to Judy during her illness.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration will take place at a later date. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins, ON
