Obituary
It is great sadness that the families of the late Joyce Juanita Jacobs nee Card announce her passing on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility, in Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 79 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her brother-in-law; Reuben (Wanda) Purchase, her nieces, and nephews; Cindy (Louis), Candy, Cavelle, Cory (Natasha), Ruby, Donna (Sean), Calvin (Candy), Neil (Nora), and David (Heather), also many great nieces, and nephews, extended family and friends. Joyce was predeceased by her husband; Harold, her parents; Lily and Chester Card, and her siblings; Florence, Heber, and Dianna.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Thursday, March 30th, 2023, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, March 31st, 2023, at 2:00 pm, from the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church at 2:00 pm, on Bennett’s Ave Deer Lake, NL, with Pastor Jeffrey White officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the Deer Lake Interdenominational, on Wight’s Road Deer lake, NL.
