Obituary
CAVICCHI, Joseph Leigh – 19, of Barrington West, passed on August 25, 2023. Born January 3, 2004, at Yarmouth Regional Hospital, he was the son of Courtney Gregory and Daniel Cavicchi. Joseph leaves to mourn, his mother and father; brothers, Parker Nickerson, Hunter Nickerson; half-sister, Eva Cavicchi; grandparents, Jennie and Calvin Blades, Anne and Harvey Lyle, Heather Thorburne; and also numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Joseph was predeceased by his grandfather, Lynus Thorburne; great-grandparents, Mavis Cavicchi, and Jennie Atkinson. Joseph loved to sail in his younger years and go fishing with his grandparents. Joe was involved in Sea Cadets for several years. He was a brilliant young man who was very intelligent. Jojo was taken from us too soon, but is at peace now. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. Donations in honor of Jojo’s memory may be made to, the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps 327 Unicorn, the “Let Your Light Shine” Jevon Link Society, or to the family.
