It is with heavy broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jonathan Nichol / Reign Michaels from Marystown born November 15, 1993 who passed on September 28, 2024.
Predeceased by Grandfather Michael Stewart from St.Bernards. John Cull from Marystown. Cousin John Cull. Special friends Kimberly Kelly, Beck Smith
Leaving to mourn his number one fan, and biggest supporter his Mother Roxanne Stacey. Beloved brothers Stefan (Tracey) and Jordan. Grandmothers Amelia Cull from Marystown, Marie Stewart from St.Bernards. Grandfather Nath Nichol (Genevieve Fenez )from St.Lawrence. Nephew and niece Deaglan and Amelia. As well a large circle of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Special friends, Jonathan Abbott best friend and roommate. Jada Graves best friend and drag sister. Misty Manifest drag Mother. Miranda Cooper drag daughter. Lifelong friends Meghan Riggs, Kyla Norman, Lucinda Savoury, Selina Lake Jessica Pardy and Ashley Halleran, Steve Dillon, Sadie Pearson and all the Velvet staff. Michael Stewart (Glenda) from Clarenville.
Jonathan had so many amazing women in his life that became his chosen sisters.
A special thank you to all the ICU staff at Health Science Center for taking such amazing care of Jonathan during his final days.
He was nothing short of amazing. Jonathan truly was a selfless soul. He loved his family and friends beyond measure, and had an impact on every single person who met him. Jonathan’s smile was infectious, and there was always a hug for everyone, weather it was an old friend or new. This world has lost not only Jonathan but Reign Michaels. Reign was a powerhouse of a performer. You could surely expect to be swept away if you attended one of her drag shows. She could woe the audience with just her mere beauty. Reigns show would leave you speechless! From death drops to hanging upside down and everything in between. This icon will live on forever. Let your love for us shine queen.
