Obituary of John «Jack» Kelly
(September 6, 1943- June 5, 2023)
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, dad and grandpa at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Monday, June 5th, 2023 at the age of 79 years, with his loving wife Marlene at his side. Known by family and friends as «Jack». Cherished husband of 55 years to Marlene (nee James). Jack was the son of the late George and Margaret Kelly (nee English). Dear father of Peter (Jennifer), Blair (Loni), and Jason (Meaghan). Loving grandfather of Jack, Sarah, James and Delilah. Survived by his sisters Shirley Karatsoreas (late George) of Toronto, Annie Yeager (late Forrest) of Newark, Delaware and Charlotte (Hughie Nolan) of Renfrew.
Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S., Renfrew on Thursday June 8th from 2-4, 6-8 pm. A private gravesite service will be held in July. We sincerly thank the Bonnechere Manor and Renfrew Victoria Hospital staff for their compassionate care of Jack. Donations in his memory may be made to the Ottawa Heart Insitute.
