REID, John – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John Reid, on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023. He is now reunited with Patricia, his beloved wife of 64 years and Deborah Bastien, his daughter. Loving father of Christopher Reid (Dianne) and father -in-law of Luke Bastien. Cherished grandfather of Laura (Luke), Steven (Hannah), Ashley, Emily (Len), Coty, Cassie (Chris) and Dylan (Julie) and many great grandchildren.
The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 12 to 2 p.m. where a service to celebrate his life will be held in the Cudney Chapel at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
