Hill, John Albert (1947-2023)
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of John Albert Hill in Sudbury, Saturday February 11th 2023, at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Albert Hill and of the late Angela Ritza. Loving husband of Nicole Hill (née Cloutier). Dear father of Scott (Kerri) and James (Daria). He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his granddaughters Kayla and Greta. Predeceased by his siblings Gail (Denis) Biladeau and Veryl Hill. Survived by his sisters, Mary (Gérard) Carrière and Audrey Hill.
On November 22nd 1969, John married the love of his life Nicole. Together they raised their two boys. Shortly after John graduated from Cambrian College for Mining Technology in 1970. John had a long and successful career in the mining industry. He worked as an underground supervisor, doing training and acting as a safety supervisor. He will be missed by many family members and friends.
