John Cochrane passed away peacefully the morning of March 15, 2024 at Hospice Cornwall. Dearest Husband of Patricia(Menton) Loving Father to Sharon and John Woodbeck, Sean and Tammy(Broughton), Christopher and Lori(Cook)
Grandfather to Meghan, TJ(Mary) and Paul Woodbeck. Charlie and Anolez(Iskayne) Cochrane , Gillian and Kevin Manton, Stephen aka Bud Cochrane, Philip, Alexandre and Patrick Cochrane, Kyrstin(Martin) and Taylor Barkley.
Great Grandfather to Marina and Owen(Manton) Silas and Dorian(Cochrane)
John is the Son of Charles Wesley and Kathleen(Bridger), and brother of Bob(Katherine) and Gayle(Diana).
John was a great community supporter and long time leader and executive member of the Norwood Lions Club. Rated best caller for Lions Bingo at the Norwood Fair more than once. Local Accountant for many small businesses and auditor or treasurer of many local Norwood community organizations and St Paul’s Catholic Church. John was a tremendous supporter of many Community organizations and activities around Norwood.

A funeral mass will be held Saturday March 23rd at St Paul’s Church, 4186 Highway 7, Norwood, ON starting at 11:30 AM
All are invited to celebrate John’s Life at the Norwood Legion Branch 300
27 King Street, Norwood, ON anytime after 12 noon after the mass.
