John Joseph ‘Joe’ Simpson of Listowel passed away at University Hospital, London, on Thursday, March 2, 2023, in his 72nd year.
Husband of Joyce (Cleland) Simpson.
Father of Joe Simpson of Trowbridge, Sarah Beth Simpson and Chris Coates of Guelph, and Jonathan and Jennifer Simpson of London.
Proud and loving grandfather of Trista and Kyler.
Brother-in-law of Lavern Beyer, and Glenn and Ulrike Cleland, and remembered by his niece Tracy Beyer, nephew Tim Beyer, and by their families.
Predeceased by his parents Donald and Florence (Ronald) Simpson, and by his sister Gloria Beyer.
Celebration of Joe’s life will be held at Parkview Gardens (Listowel Legion), on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with words of remembrance at 11:30 a.m.
Memorial donations to Listowel Foodbank or Foundation for Education would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
