It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jerry Dougherty on December 10, 2023 at age 83. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Arlene Viola Dougherty, and parents Ken & Helen Dougherty. Survived by his son Sean (Nancy) and granddaughter Zoe. Brother to Donnie and Fraser.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place, with a celebration of life to be arranged at a later date.
Jerry was Born in Welland and raised in Allanburg. He first worked at Atlas Steel and eventually retired from a long career with Ontario Hydro. Everyone appreciated his massive vegetable garden, and his willingness to help friends and family with projects.
