It is with profound sadness that the family of Jeffrey David Naylor announce his peaceful passing on February 6, 2024 at the young age of 46. He is survived by Natalie and their 2 daughters, Lara and Hannah, to whom he was a loving father. He was the devoted son of Jan Naylor (nee Duffell) and John Naylor (2013) and beloved brother of Jamie (Wanda). He will be missed by many cousins across Canada and in Australia. Jeff was born and raised in Port Credit, where he spent much of his childhood playing hockey, tennis and baseball. He attended Port Credit Secondary School and later Queens University, forming friendships that he carried into adulthood. Jeff spent his entire career working in the media industry and enjoyed everything the industry had to offer. Jeff was a huge sports fan, rarely missing a Leaf Game. He closely followed tennis and golf, although as an avid golfer, he preferred to be out playing himself. His other passion was music – he connected with others by sharing and discovering new music and attending live concerts whenever possible. Jeff will be dearly missed by many.
A casual Celebration of Life will be held at Trident Banquet Hall at 145 Evans Ave on February 13 from 2-5pm. For those who wish, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Prostate Canada.
