Obituary of Jeff Chenier
Following a lengthy illness, Jeffrey Douglas «Jeff» Chenier passed away at the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus on Saturday, October 19, 2024. He was only 63 years of age. Father of Jake and Jon. Dear brother of Ellen Chenier, Deborah Chenier and Michele McPhail (late Ross). Also survived by his niece, Jennifer Newell (Gene); nephews, Blair Coreau (Pam McMillan) and Blake Coreau; great-niece, Kylie Campbell, great-nephew, Brodie Newell, and great-great-niece, Parkerelle Jigola. Son of the late Doug and Vera Chenier.
Jeff will be long remembered as a great storyteller, a songwriter, a comedian and a friend to many.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during an informal drop-in visitation to be held at the
Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior
on Wednesday afternoon, October 30th from 2 to 4 p.m.
