Weintrop, Mary (Jane) (nee Williamson): Jane passed away peacefully on Friday, March 3, 2023, with family at her side. She was the beloved wife and best friend of 47 years to Joseph; devoted daughter of Mary and John Williamson; dear mother of Anne and Bram, Beth, David, and Rivka; cherished grandmother of Morris, Charlie, Hannah, Maya, and Jonah; sister to Eleanor (Jim), Judy (Gene) and the late John (Marlene); and a life-long friend with her cousin Catherine.
Jane lived her life in the present. She was not constrained by the past or fearful of the future. She will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jane’s memory to Doctors Without Borders (action.msf.ca/) or the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library (www.buffalolib.org/) in support of the Clearfield Branch.
