It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Jane E Pittman of Fortune announces her passing. Jane passed away at the Dr. S. Beckley Health Care Centre in Grand Bank on Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at the age of 71. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her daughter , Tonya Pittman (Paul); brothers, Stephen Rose (Marjorie), John Rose (Karen); plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Jane was predeceased by daughter, Wanda Lee Pittman; parents, Robert and Amelia Rose (Spencer); sister, Margaret Thornhill; special nephew, Jimmy Thornhill; brother-in-law, Henry Thornhill.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Dr. S. Beckley Health Care Center for their care with Mom. Special thanks to Tracey Penney for her wonderful care and friendship. Thanks to her homecare workers Cameron Bungay and Tenesha Hillyard Macey and former worker and close friend Donna Hillier.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place.
In Jane’s memory donations may be made to to the Family.
