Passed away peacefully the morning of Sunday July 28, 2024 at home in St. Clair Beach with her son by her side. Loving mother of the late Gregory (2002) and Benjamin. Dear daughter of the late William and Mavis Brackell. Sister of Bill and the late Robert Brackell. She will be missed by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Jane touched countless lives through her love of teaching, spending 27 years at D.M. Eagle. Over the years, Jane created an extended family of classroom teddy bears for her students. These bears brought endless joy to them, creating stories of traveling across the world and leaving many lasting memories to this day.
Jane herself loved traveling, but most of all sitting on her porch with friends, watching the world go by. Jane also enjoyed music, especially her Jazz Sundays at Elio’s and the Symphony in the Park during the summer.

If you so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Kensington Beach Lot Association.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday August 7, 2024 from 4-8pm at FAMILIES FIRST 1065 LAUZON RD. East Windsor, 519-969-5841.
Private family interment to take place at a later date.
