It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Leslie White at the age of 86 on Thursday September 12, 2024. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years Mary Louise (Hutson). He will be sadly missed by children Connie (Kip Watson) Radford, Kevin (Erin) White. Pa was loved by his grandchildren Spencer & Connor (Denika) Radford, along with Kody & Lily White and great grandchild Arianna Radford. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents Leslie and Ula White, sibling Jeanette (Jack) Barker. Jim spent some time with the air force where he flew in Lancaster’s, which sparked his lifelong interest in airplanes, moved onto photography and later retired from Timberjack. He enjoyed reading, fishing, travelling within Canada, looking at old cars, attending drag races and air shows. But his greatest pleasure was spending time with family. The family will receive friends at the McBeath-Dynes funeral home, 246 Thames Street South Ingersoll, on Tuesday September 17, 2024 from 6pm until 8pm and Wednesday September 18, 2024 from 10am until 11am with service to follow at 11am. Interment to follow at the Rural Ingersoll Cemetery. Donations to either the Arthritis Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
