Died peacefully on July 13, 2023 at the age of 76 from complications related to Alzheimer’s Disease.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Judi and son Shayne, Jack is survived by his brother Geoff, son Brendan, and grandsons
Evan and Tyler.
Jack was a long-time member of the Milton community and was involved with the Milton Jiu Jitsu Club, where he learned, taught, and judged for many years.
His career of selling and maintaining industrial air compressors took him to many places in many countries, but he had deep roots in the community and could be found around his neighbourhood walking his dog Griffen or cycling around the area with his neighbours at just about every opportunity.
Jack was living in the Cooksville Care Centre when he passed away and the family would like to thank the staff for the wonderful care and support they provided.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held and McKersie & Early Funeral Home in Milton on Sunday, July 23rd at 3:00PM with visitation an hour prior.
Memorial donations can be made in his name to the Alzheimer’s Society, Canadian Cancer Society, or Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
