Riverview, NB (formerly of Saint-Marie-de-Kent) – Mary Ida Muise (LeBreton), 88, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 12, 2024.
Born in Chatham, NB, on March 18, 1935, daughter of the late Joseph and the late Margaret LeBreton (Babin).
Survived by four daughters: Ellen Buist (Terry) of ON, Karen MacRae (late Sandy) of Moncton, Shirley Rae (Teresa) of Moncton and Mary Lou of Irishtown; her sister: Shirley Forest (late Bobby) of Chatham and her baby brother: Ray LeBreton (Carol) of Alberta; her grandchildren: Vicki Jenkins, Sheri LeBreton, John-Andrew Murley, Natalie Murley, Alana MacRae, Lisa Muise, Amanda Muise, William “Bill” Findlay, Kiefer Findlay; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband: Andrew Eric Muise; her children: Chrissy, Kevin and Darrel.
Ida had a love for travel, music, bowling, baseball, history and her flowers.
In respect of Ida’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
