HOLLY DELL ZENNER
(Née: Dyrland)
May 23, 1957 – June 27, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Holly Zenner. She was called home to the Lord on June 27, 2023 at the age of 66 years.
Holly was born in Elrose, SK on May 23, 1957 and grew up understanding the value of working hard and of being grateful for all of life’s blessings. She had a true interest in farming, and enjoyed gardening and raising chickens. Holly also had a talent for ceramics, making many beautiful projects over the years.
In 2006, Holly made the Crowsnest Pass, AB her home. Here, she quickly became a beloved member of the community and a cherished friend to many. Holly was a devout Christian whose faith never wavered and through which she was able to face all of life’s challenges with strength and grace. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life is her husband, Richard Zenner of Fort St. John, BC; her niece, Desiree LaFrenier; as well as countless friends, especially Colleen.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jake Dyrland and Ethel Gosselin; her son, James Zenner; and her brother, Rick Dyrland.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Fantin’s Funeral Chapel (13461 – 20 Ave., Blairmore, AB T0K 0E0). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the MS Society of Canada (www.mscanada.ca). Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
