In memory of Helmut Frank Posner
Frank was born January 17, 1931 in Horní Maršov, Sudetenland (Czech Republic).
He resided in Milton, Ontario and passed away on his birthday, January 17, 2024 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital
Frank emigrated to Canada in 1953 and worked as farm laborer in Prince Edward Island for the Campbell family.
In 1954 he moved to Toronto. He retired from Weston Bakeries in 1996 where he was in charge of the maintenance department.
He had a big heart and love for animals and was a great storyteller. He loved the outdoors, gardening, and cooking.
You will be greatly missed and will always be in the hearts of those who loved you Frank.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for the wonderful
care they provided to our beloved Frank.
Frank is survived by his Spouse Amy Posner: his Daughter Patricia Posner; his Grandchild Madelene Oxelgren
and her husband Henrik Gustafsson and his Great Grandchildren Vendela and Victor Oxelgren.
He is predeceased by his Sister Hannelore Zachmann; his Nephew Ralf Zachmann and his wife Claudia and their son Nico;
his Nephew Mario Zachmann and his wife Birgit and their daughter Theresa; his Niece Jana Mühlenberg and her son Marc;
his Cousin Dieter Posner and his buddies ( the late JC ), Bob, Craig, Frank and work colleague and friend Laurindo Nunas.

A Celebration of Frank’s life will take place at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home, 114 Main St. E. Milton, ON
On Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Following the service, guests are invited to gather for a reception in the Upper Lounge
until 4:00pm ( an elevator is available for those requiring assistance )
