Obituary of Hazel Margaret Percival
PERCIVAL, Hazel – Peacefully with family by her side, Hazel Percival passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia, ON. at the age of 82. Beloved wife to the late Roy (1999). Loving mother to Ken (Sandra) and Kevin. Cherished grandmother to Katie, Jessica (Seth), Erica (Steve) and Justyne. Great-grandmother (GG) to Ethan, Beatrice and Malcolm. Daughter to the late Robert and Margaret Wales. Dear sister to the late Robert (Dorthy), the late Archie, Debra (Ron), Mary (George) and Michael (Jill). Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Special cousin to Rick and close sister-in-law to Trudy. Best friend to Gayle, Margaret, Sharon and Carmelle.
Hazel was born on May 5, 1940 in Sarnia, ON. She later moved to Cambridge, ON. in 1981 before returning to Sarnia, ON. in 2000. Hazel will be remembered by many for her love of music (especially Elvis), movies, travel and of course for the love she had for her family and friends. Hazel will also be remembered for her love of laughter and her laugh itself.

No funeral service will take place. There will be a celebration of life held at a date that is to be announced.
