Harold Corey Ball passed away suddenly at the age of 55 on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024. Harold was born and raised in Deer Lake, the youngest child of Harold and Rowena Ball, and moved to Jeffrey’s when he met the love of his life Angelia. He loved life and everything about it. He spent countless hours outdoors salmon fishing and hunting. He loved carpentry, woodworking, baking, cooking, and was proud of each thing he created.
He will be missed by his loving partner Angelia Madore, his stepson Kyle Madore, his daughter Hannah Ball, granddaughter Aspen Boivin and his furry friends Bear, Demon, and Sophie. His brothers and sisters: Wayne (Tina) Ball, Cynthia Ball (Arnie Prietz), Donna (Cordell) Fudge, Joanne (Brad) Young, Kathy Goudie (Paul Shelley), and Sharon (Dwight) Ball. His father-in-law Calvin Madore. His brothers and sisters-in-law: Ernest (Agnes) Madore, Wade (Nancy) Madore, Dale Madore, Donald (Jeannie) Madore, Gladys (Matthew) Gillam, Paul (Jocelyn) Madore, David (Deanne) Madore, Eugene Madore (Carolyn Harvey), Dolores Madore (Gary Compton), Ray (Kelly) Madore, Jim Goudie and CarolAnn Reynolds. His nieces and nephews: Debra (Luke) Canning, Amanda (Kenneth) Laite, Daniel (Mandy) Ball, Tara Ball, Jonathan (Melissa) Fudge, Latoya Fudge (Stefan Butler), Jillian (James) Hoven, Jacob Young (Becky Maher), and Erin Goudie (Adam Taffee). He will also be missed by a large circle of great nieces, and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, coworkers and his special little buddy, great nephew Levi Gillam. He was predeceased by his loving parents Harold and Rowena Ball, his mother-in-law Patricia Eva Madore, his grandparents Annie and Edmund Goulding and Ward and Dulcie Ball, his brother Clarence Goulding and his sister-in-law Sylvia Goulding.
Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home in Deer Lake on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be held Monday, December 23rd, 2024 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Parish with Father Anthony Au officiating. Donations in Harold’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
