Johannes “Hans” Lekx
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday February 8, 2024 at the age of 80. Hans Lekx, beloved husband of 56 years to Margaret Lekx (née Murchie). Much loved father of Ann Jackson (Murray) and Nancy Lekx. Predeceased by his son Michael Lekx. Cherished grandfather of Kyle (Tara), Kayla, Scott and Amy. Great grandfather of Lila. Dear brother of Katie McGovern, Jackie Truesdell and Bill Lekx. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in our chapel on Wednesday February 14 at 11:00 am. Internment Gananoque cemetery. In lieu donations made to the Lung Association or to the Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
