Grant Howg of Prelate, SK passed away on June 13, 2024, at the age of 63 years. Grant was the beloved son of Gyles and Doris Howg. Grant will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his devoted spouse, Suzanne; children, Jarren, Alfred, and David. He cherished every moment spent with his boys and found immense joy in watching them grow. Grant will also be remembered by his brothers, Bryan (Sandra), Felix (Sharon), and Jimmy (Wendy). Their bond was unbreakable, and the memories they shared will forever hold a special place in their hearts. A man of many talents and interests, Grant had a passion for art and found solace in sketching with chalk pastels. His creative spirit shone through in every stroke, reflecting the beauty he saw in the world around him. Grant’s artistic endeavors were not only a source of joy for him but also a gift he shared with those around him. Known for his kind and generous nature, Grant was a great husband, father, brother and a good friend to many. His willingness to go above and beyond for his family and friends knew no bounds, and his presence brought warmth and comfort to all who knew him. The memory of Grant Howg will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him. A private memorial service to honor and celebrate Grant’s life will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Leader, SK at a later date.
