HOWELL, Gloria “Dawn” – It is with great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Gloria with her daughter by her side, at her home in Trenton on Sunday, March 10th, 2024 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Arthur and Leoteau Mitchell. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Peter Howell. Cherished mother of the late Linda LaFond (late Bernie), and Sharon Howell (Remi) of Alymer, QC. Survived by sister Anna Morden (late Patrick) and pre-deceased by sister Ruth Whitney (late Dick). Dawn will be greatly missed by her granddaughter Chelsea (Jeff) and her great-grandchildren Anabelle and Matthew. She will be fondly remembered by her lifelong friend Shirley, niece Brenda, and other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. In keeping with Dawn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements in the care of the Rushnell Funeral Home, 60 Division St. Trenton (613-392-2111). Private family interment will take place at a later date.
