Obituary of Glenn Ford Cole
It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Glenn Ford Cole announce his passing on February 20, 2023, at the age of 63.
Glenn is predeceased by his father Danks Cole; father-in-law, Everett Parsons; stepfather Clayton Perry; and many special aunts and uncles.
Left with fond and loving memories are his wife of 20 years, Mary (nee Parsons); sons, David (Kristen) Cole and Dylan Wheaton (Kaitlyn Chippett), step-son, Matthew (Jessica) Coles, step-daughter, Terri Coles; his special grandchildren, Ezra, Kylie, Grace and Ayden; mother, Marjorie Cole Perry; brothers, Roy (Lorna) Cole, Danny (Carol-Ann) Cole; sister, Eloise (Nelson) Stride; sister-in-laws, Dallas (Derrell) Tulk, Lisa (Chris) Hodder; and brother-in-law, Robert (Ursula) Parsons. He was also cherished by his close nephews, nieces, their spouses and children, Danks, Evan, Bonnie, Susan, Danielle, and Tyler.
Glenn was born in 1959 in Botwood, NL. He lived in Point of Bay his entire life, and found true love when himself and Mary were married August 24, 2002. Glenn was a devoted husband, father, step-father, father-in-law, but, most importantly grandfather. He loved his family unconditionally but his grandchildren were his whole world. He absolutely adored them and they will certainly miss their Poppy.
The Cole family wishes to acknowledge with sincere appreciation the many expressions of love and kindness shown during this difficult time.
The funeral service will be held at the Living Faith Pentecostal Church in Point of Bay on February 24, 2023 at 1:00pm.
Pallbearers will be brothers, Roy and Danny, sons, David and Dylan, and nephews, Evan and Tyler. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Homes, Botwood.
