It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the age of 84 years. Daughter of the late Roméo and late Gabrielle (née Rousselle) Guay. Predeceased by her husband Ernest Fournier in 2015 and by her son Gilbert (Heather). Loving mother of Maurice (late Denise), Phillip (Rhonda), Diane (Benoit), Denise (late Norm) and Therissa (John). Proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren and great-grandmother of many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Raymond Guay (late Isabelle) and Roland Guay. Predeceased by her siblings Jeannine Tucker (late Garth), Yolande O’Connor (late Jacques) and Roméo Guay. Mom will be remembered for selfless devotion to her family, especially to her husband who she is finally reunited with. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel.
