In loving memory of Giovanni Lingi, age 89, we are saddened to announce his passing on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Newmarket Southlake Hospital.
Giovanni was born in Viticuso, province of Frosinone, Italy to Luigi and Anna Lingi. He will be greatly missed by his wife Beatrice and his daughter Adriana (Attilio) Perna and his grandsons John Anthony and Michael Angelo. He was predeceased by his parents, his beloved son Marcello, as well as his sister Maria, brother Roberto and brother Antonio.
Giovanni’s passions included his wife Beatrice and his entire family, spending time with them, even building a bocce court to enjoy time with everyone. He enjoyed making deals at yard sales, garage sales or anywhere he found something he wanted….for a great deal of course. He enjoyed his large garden of vegetables and fruits and flowers. He enjoyed walking around his beautiful property with family and friends.
