With great sadness we announce that Gertrude passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the age of 47.
Loving companion and best friend of Paul. Proud and devoted mother of Chayse. Dear sister of Amanda (Pete), Michael (Nina), Raymond (Bridgette), Brian (Rebecca) and the late Johnny. Daughter of the late Joan and Mike Bennett. Fondly remembered by her cousin Sherry, and by all the rest of her cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Gertrude’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener (519) 749-8467. Private Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Guelph.
