It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Gelsumina Casciano Masciotra at the age of 84, beloved wife of the late Luigi Masciotra.
She will be sadly missed by her loving children Anna Maria (Antonio), Giovanni and Enrico (Maria Ester), her cherished grandchildren Patrick (Reem), Stephanie (Gian Marco), Alexandra (Connor), Luca (Lydia), Matteo and Alessio, her great-grandchildren Giuseppe, Alessandro, Jacob, Amelia and Faye, her sister Filomena and many other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke Street East, in Montreal on Thursday, February 15th, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
A ceremony will be held on Friday, February 16th, 2024 at 11:30 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Defense church thence to Notre Dame Des Neiges Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Gelsumina, the family would appreciate them to be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
