It is with a heavy heart that our family announces the sudden passing of Fredick Chart Ardies. Fredrick known as Chart passed away at Ottawa Queensway Hospital on Friday November 17th, 2023, at the age of 95. Predeceased by his parents, George, and Lillian. Beloved ex-husband of Ethel Gagnon. Loving father of Judy Piche, Joyce, Jimmy, Joan (Beanie), Jerry, and Jenniffer. Predeceased by his son in law Wayne Piche and his sister Shirley and Brother John. Dear Grandfather of 11 and many great-grand children. He will be remembered by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Chart will be waked on Friday November 24th, 2023, at the funeral home from 1pm to 4pm, and from 6pm to 9pm. A burial will take place at a later date following his cremation.
