Freda Mae Langlois, born on September 13, 1929, peacefully departed this world on November 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold «H.C.» Langlois, sharing 64 years of love and companionship.
Freda was a cherished aunt to numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. Her warmth and affection touched the lives of many, leaving lasting memories that will be treasured by all who knew her. The Green, Langlois, Peacock, Valcanoff, Dennis, Alexander and Crystal Harbour families will be left with a huge void in our lives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Families First, located at 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm.
Freda’s final resting place will be alongside her beloved husband «H.C.» at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Together, they navigated the waters and soared the skies, creating a lifetime of beautiful memories. Freda had a passion for travel, whether on their boats or in planes, often with Harold as her pilot.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the downtown Mission in Windsor or a local mission in your community. Freda was blessed with a rich and fulfilling life, and these contributions will help support those less fortunate, reflecting her compassionate spirit.
As we say our final goodbyes to Freda Mae Langlois, may we remember the joy she brought to our lives and find solace in the memories that will forever live in our hearts.
