God called Francesca peacefully on October 22, 2023 at the age of 88. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband, Sebastiano, and beloved son, Vito. Cherished by her dear children John (Teresa), Franca (Joe), and daughter-in-law Lina. Proud nonna to Michael (Andrea), Daniel (Cerena), Amanda (Brandon), Jordan, Vincent (Jordana), and Andrew. Adoring bisnonna to Layla, Ethan, London, Adriano, and Ava. Francesca will also be reunited in heaven with her loving sister, Vitina. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Francesca may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Padre Pio Parish (5500 Major Mackenzie Dr.,west of Islington Ave.). Entombment to follow at Wesminster Cemetery (on Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave.).
