Obituary of Florence Elizabeth Hisko
Florence passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at the age of 92. Daughter of the late John and Mary (Kusluski) Dedo. Loving wife of the late Maxie (Michael) Hisko. Dear mother of Lloyd (Valerie), Judy (Roger) Schinkel. Predeceased by her youngest son Doug and grandson Travis. Survived by her loving and precious grandchildren Jenna Hisko (Rainer) and their daughter Bostyn, Tyler (Robin) and their children Nevaeh, and Jack, Kyle (Stephanie) and their son Cody, Curtis (Jess) and daughters Autumn and Mia,
Survived by 2 sisters and 2 loving sisters in law. Florence will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends and her constant companion Minnie.
Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home 310 Argyle St, Renfrew on Friday August 23rd from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and after 9:15 am Saturday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew on Saturday August 24th at 10:30 am. Interment Parish Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or CHEO.
