Donna May Ferguson (Sanderson)
Passed away unexpectedly in her 81st year at her residence in Upham, New Brunswick,
with her partner of 9 years, Wendell Jones by her side on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
Donna was born on March 3, 1943 in Emo, Ontario
to the late Joseph MORLEY Sanderson and the late Kathalean May Sanderson (Skinner).
Donna is survived by her daughter Kim Hales (John) and grandchildren Justin, Daniel and Alannah and her great grandchildren of Belleville, Ontario. Step- daughter Karen Greenley (Doug) and step-granddaughters Brooklyn, Shyann, and step-grandson Robert and step-great grandchildren. Donna leaves behind her niece Anne Marie Murray (Scott) and great niece Nevaeh and great nephew Schyler whom Donna took under her wing and stayed with for the last 5 summers on her return to Ontario.
Donna will be remembered by her friends and family who she visited every summer on her yearly vacations.
Donna is predeceased by the love of her life Ken Smith as well as her brothers Raymond Sanderson, Kenneth Sanderson,
and her Sister Susan. Deline As per Donna’s wishes a cremation has taken place.
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Trenton Legion
on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 from 12-2 upstairs in lounge.
Private burial for immediate family after celebration.
She will be missed dearly and loved forever.
