Obituary
SWIM, Eunice Louise – 64, of Barrington, formerly of North East Point, passed away at Bay Side Home, Barrington, on December 12, 2022. Born in Sandy Point, on March 7, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Frances Genesta Smith. Eunice loved shopping and quilting. She was well known for her baking, often baking everyone their birthday cakes. She was famous for her fancy fruit “Pink Eyes” cupcakes. She was a member of the Centreville Church and never missed a Sunday School. She is survived by her husband, Darrell Swim; son, Jerry Swim; siblings, Donald (Myra), Thomas; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Beverly, Kathy, Bobby, Kenneth; and nieces and nephews, Melissa, Chrissie, Lorraine, Stephanie, Megan, Sara, Michael, and David. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her infant sister, Eleanor. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 23, at 3:00 pm at the Old Kirk Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Centreville Church or a charity of your choice.
