Obituary
On July 1, 2023, among the Canada day celebrations the moon shone brighter as there was a new star in the sky lighting up. God called my mother, Elsie Alma Beare (née Rudolph) home to join my father, the late James Beare. Mom was born in Rosthern, Saskatchewan to Lydia and August Rudolph. She would have been 98 on August 22nd of this year. She was the only child surviving of her family, being predeceased by brothers Leo, Bill, Richard, John, Victor and Lawrence, as well as two sisters Molly and Doris. Let the family reunion begin. She is survived by her daughters Marilyn Phillips (Glen), Nedine Lair (Mack) and her son Cameron (Julie) as well as grandchildren Andrew, Tara, Robbie (Teri), Garrett (Kate), Lindsey (Brian), Miranda (fiancé Gene) and Shaun. Her great grandchildren Logan, Kiara, Olivia, James, Norah, Maddie and Hannah will miss her greatly. Also missed by many other nieces and nephews. Mom loved to crochet and made several afghans. She was sure to see that everyone got one or more. She also spent hours doing beautiful needlepoint. We received them as wedding gifts, birthday gifts as well as many that we collected or placed to best decorate our homes. Again we received several that will always remind us of her hard work and the love that she put into each one. Mom and dad were a beautiful couple who loved to dance and they would go dancing as often as they could. I am sure they are on the dance floor in heaven as you read this. Not a day went by that we did not talk or visit with her. She will always be in our hearts, and we will remember her each and every day. As life’s beautiful journey continues may you remember now and then, we will love you always until we meet again.
A private family funeral will be held at a later date.
