Of Drayton passed away peacefully at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Sunday, March 3, 2024 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Irene (Byers) for 65 years. Dear father of Joanne Schots and the late Ron (2012) of Drayton, Steven and Colette Good Listowel and Jeff Good of Waterloo. Grandfather of Eryn, Jessica, Brittany, Leighton and Desire. Brother of Alice Brubacher, Eleanor and Zenas Buehler. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents George and Viola (Kraft) Good, sister and brothers-in-law Lorene and John Brubacher and Walter Brubacher. Elmer worked for Mutual Life for many years. He loved his family and playing sports.
We would like to thank the Staff at Palmerston and District Hospital for their wonderful care of Elmer during this past month.
To honour Elmer’s wishes cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston and District Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
