Obituary
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Margaret Adams announce her peaceful passing at her residence in Piccadilly, NL on Monday, September 18th, 2023 at the age of 64 years. Born in Norris Arm, NL, Betty was the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Paul (nee Gunn). She was also predeceased by her son Jason Stephen Adams; brothers: Alvin (Abbie) Paul, Daniel (Dan) Paul as well as her father and mother-in-law Saul and Nina Adams.
She leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories: her loving husband Stephen Paul Adams; daughter Paula Adams (Kristen Roswell; five grandchildren: Dakota, Nevada, Autumn, Cassidy, Piper; three great-grandchildren: Cohen, Jasper, Elliot; brothers: Darren (Eileen) Paul, Rawleigh (Marlene) Paul; sisters: Louise (John) Hynes, Rhonda Paul (Fred Richard); sisters-in-law: Sylvia Paul and Catherine Paul. She also leaves behind sixteen nieces and nephew plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at 1:30 pm at Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel, Stephenville officiated by Father Gerard Patry. In keeping with Elizabeth’s wishes, cremation will follow. Interment will take place at a date late. In lieu of flowers, donations in Elizabeth’s memory can be made to the family.
