In loving memory of Elaine Marjorie Nadon (née Prairie), 90 years who passed on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care, Clarion Site, Sudbury. Beloved wife of André Nadon predeceased. Loving mother of Lori May of Victoria, BC., Wayne Janiski of Delta, BC., Richard Janiski (Cathy Gill) of Sudbury, ON., and Curtis Golomb (Andrea Ritchie) of Canmore, AB. Cherished grandmother of Nathan Goulet predeceased, Devon Janiski, Cody Janiski, Ambrose Golomb and Sabrina Golomb and great grandchildren Colton, Bowen and Lexy. Dear daughter of Albert and Ellen (née Flatt) Prairie both predeceased. Elaine was a very strong willed and independent woman however she had a great group of ladies in Capreol (The Steal Magnolias) that were always there for one another and were great friends. She was a member of the Red Hat’s and the CWL of Our Lady of Peace Parish. She will be sadly missed by her children and grandchildren.
Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Peace Church, Capreol on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:30am. Friends are welcome at the church after 10am Thursday. Cremation with entombment at the Capreol Cemetery.
