Nan, Eileen Isabel (July 18, 1943 – November 12, 2024) –
The family of Eileen Nan (née Daniels) is deeply saddened to announce her passing on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, at Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford, at the age of 81. Eileen passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Cornelius Nan, and her parents, John and Isabella Daniels, who predeceased her.
Eileen leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished by her children, Barbara, Robert, and Timothy (Melissa), as well as her grandchildren, Tristan (Morgan), Ridley (MayMay), Ryan, Aaron, Jonathan (Victoria), Jessica, Stuart, Michael, Piper, Leah and her precious great-grandchildren, Annastasia, Natasha, and Sophie. She will also be missed by her dear brother, Roger and his wife Jackie Daniels, and so many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Public visitation will be held in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, 40 Queen St., Langton on Thursday, November 21st, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 24 Albert St., Langton, at 11:00 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Fr. Seejo John. Interment follows in Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery. All funeral attendees are invited to attend a Sacred Heart C.W.L.-prepared light lunch and gathering, at the Langton Community Centre (28 Albert St, Langton), to share stories and memories. Friends and relatives of Eileen are welcomed to share letters of condolence, favourite memories or (in lieu of flowers) contribute memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation to the Alzheimer Society via Eileen’s online tribute page at www.verhoevefuneralhomes.com or by contacting the Maurice J.
