Passed away peacefully at Cassellholme – Home for the Aged on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Owen Evans. Dear sister of Brad Woodbury and Ethel Brazeau. Doris is predeceased by her siblings Marilyn, Evelyn, June, and Verl. She will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, between the hours of 11am and 1pm, with a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1pm. Interment will take place on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 11:00am at the Temiscaming Cemetery in Quebec.
