BISSON, Doris (née McDaniel) (1944 – 2024)
It is with great sadness that the family announce the peaceful passing of Doris Bisson (née McDaniel), Friday, May 31, 2024, at her home in Sudbury, at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Edward McDaniel and the late Audrey McDaniel (née Kopas). Loving wife of 59-years to Jack Bisson. Dear mother of Lisa (Jim), Lianne (Terry), Donna (Mario), and Joyce (Alain). Predeceased by her brother Joseph (late Theresa). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Sam, Melissa, Tyler, Hunter, Kurtis, Ben, and Mackenzie, as well as by her great grandchildren Waylon, Charlie, Lexi, Rylan, Greyson, and Navy.
There will be no visitation as per her request. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday June 8, 2024,11:00 am, at Holy Redeemer Church, 1887 Bancroft Drive. Refreshments and light snacks to follow the service in the Parish Hall.
Donations can be made in her name at the breast cancer society of Canada.
