It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donato De Corso on December 15, 2024, at the age of 76.
Beloved husband to Anna for 43 wonderful years. Cherished brother to Anna and brother-in-law to Mario. Proud and loving zio to Marianna (Antonello) and their daughter Eleonora. Donato’s warmth and kindness will forever be remembered by Antonio and Dionisia; Barbara (Eugenio) and their son Julian; and Sandra (John). He was a dear cousin to Carmelinda (Riccardo) and zia Carmela.
Donato will be greatly missed by his many friends and relatives in Canada and abroad. His legacy of love, generosity, and joy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Relatives and friends are welcome to Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) for visitation on Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 2-5 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church (640 Glenholme Ave., east of Dufferin St.) on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 10:30 AM. Following the service, Donato will be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave. W.).
